This site is operated by Critical Business School. It offers a small set of workshops and interactive exercises around AI literacy. This notice explains what we collect, why, and what your rights are.
What we collect
- Contact form submissions. If you fill in one of our contact forms, we receive the name, email, and message you provide, plus the page path you were on and the time between page load and submission (used to detect bots).
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID
G-VZ634J3CPL) to see aggregate traffic. Google collects IP address, pages viewed, referrer, browser, and device type. Data is aggregated and anonymized within Google's platform. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. - Standard access logs. Our host (Netlify) records source IP, timestamp, and requested URL for each request, retained for a rolling window as part of their infrastructure.
Where the data goes
Contact-form submissions are stored by Netlify (US) and forwarded by email to info@criticalbusinessschool.com, which routes to Critical Business School staff. Analytics data flows to Google. Neither is shared with third parties for marketing.
Retention
Contact-form submissions are retained for up to twelve months, then deleted. Analytics data follows Google's default GA4 retention (fourteen months). Access logs follow Netlify's default retention window (typically thirty days).
Your rights
You can request a copy of any personal data we hold about you, correction of anything inaccurate, or deletion. Email info@criticalbusinessschool.com and we will respond within thirty days.
Cookies
The only cookies set by this site are Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*). No advertising or tracking pixels beyond that.
